Day Trip’s program

Emerald Heart Island

07.30

Shuttle van picks up guests from Ranong town hotels or airport and heads to Ranong Customs Pier (Lighthouse).

08.00

Meet at the Lighthouse Pier, Ranong. Check-in with morning snacks provided, and verify travel documents prepared by Love Andaman.

08.45

The boat departs for Kawthaung Pier, Myanmar, to submit immigration documents.

09.00

Depart from Kawthaung Pier, Myanmar. Along the way, you’ll see major landmarks including the southernmost point of Myanmar, known as “Victoria Point.” The boat cruises past numerous islands, offering a glimpse of the pristine natural beauty of the Myanmar sea.

10.15

Arrive at the Koh Chang Phueak archipelago (Cockburn Island), consisting of five distinct islands surrounded by extensive shallow reefs. This area boasts the finest coral gardens discovered among hundreds of islands surveyed in Myanmar’s waters. A sandbar and powdery white beaches await those who love photography and swimming. Enjoy a full day on the beach with complimentary snacks and drinks provided throughout the day.

10.30

Head to the “Milky Way” dive site, also known as the Celestial Coral Trail — a coral kingdom stretching over one kilometer. This area is home to up to five species of clownfish. The site is divided into three main dive spots:

“Paragon” — a massive field of sea anemones, including one exceptionally large cluster we call the Clownfish Metropolis, where over 50 red saddleback clownfish can be spotted in one spot — and up to 500 in the entire area.

“Chatuchak Antler Garden” — a dense and pristine forest of staghorn coral.

“Sanam Luang” — a vibrant coral garden teeming with mushroom corals, table corals, ring corals, galaxy corals, and brain corals, dotted with feather duster worms (Christmas tree worms) and purple anemones lining the dive path.

Swim through Little Cock Rock and you’ll often encounter large schools of fish, including angel butterflyfish and Nori butterflyfish.

11.30

Second dive site: “Pak Khlong Talad.” This area resembles an underwater rose garden, with shimmering brown coral fields that sparkle beneath the sea. It’s like a floral arrangement beneath the waves, featuring ice-scale corals interwoven with staghorn corals, table corals, and many others.

This site is also home to a colorful parade of rare marine species that bring joy to every dive — including cuttlefish, schools of barracuda, batfish, clownfish, yellow snappers, parrotfish, angel butterflyfish, emperor angelfish, oriental sweetlips, and giant clams.

12.15

Time to indulge in a delicious buffet and grilled seafood feast, complemented by a variety of snacks and refreshing drinks that everyone raves about. All this is served by the powdery white beach, where you can relax in the shade of large, leafy trees.

13.30

For adventure lovers, don’t miss Ao Chang Phueak — a thrilling viewpoint destination. Enjoy swimming and climbing the hill shaped like an elephant playing in the sea. At the summit, you’ll find white marble rocks that give the bay its name. From there, take in the breathtaking view of two pristine white beaches connected by a sandbar, with shallow turquoise waters sparkling under the sun — forming an astonishing natural image that resembles a white elephant.

15.30

Say goodbye to the pristine sea and head back to Kawthaung to collect your border documents.

17.00

Arrive at Ranong Customs Pier (Lighthouse), where a shuttle van will safely return you to your accommodation in Ranong town.
