Cleaning Up Before the Island Reopens… A Small Mission with a Big Heart for the Sea

Before Similan Islands and Surin Islands welcome travelers back for a new season, the Love Andaman team came together for a simple yet deeply meaningful mission —
to clean the beaches and the sea and restore the natural beauty of the Andaman 🌊💙

🌊 Because the Beauty of the Sea Doesn’t Happen by Itself

During the monsoon closure, nature takes time to recover.
But ocean currents and strong winds often carry waste onto the shores — plastic bottles, bags, and debris from boats.
That’s why our team visited the islands ahead of reopening to bring life back to the ocean, collecting every piece of trash we could find.

The sight of our crew bending down to pick up tiny bottles on the beach,
or lifting heavy bags of waste onto the boat,
may seem small — but for the ocean,
each action is a “new breath of life” we give back to marine creatures. 🌱🐠

💙 Not Just Cleaning — But Caring for the Heart of the Sea

This beach cleanup before reopening is not only about keeping the islands clean.
It’s also a reflection of Love Andaman’s philosophy:

“We don’t just take people to travel — we take them to truly know and love the sea.”

Because conservation doesn’t always start with big policies —
it begins with small hearts that want to keep nature with us for as long as possible.

🌴 Reopening the Islands with a Sea-Loving Heart

As Similan and Surin reopen to visitors,
we’re proud to say that every footprint on the beach and every underwater scene you’ll see
comes from countless acts of dedication by a team that truly loves the sea. 💙

We invite everyone who visits these two beautiful island groups
to travel responsibly, take care of nature, and leave nothing but footprints.
Because nature can only survive… if all of us protect it together.

🌊 “The beauty of the sea isn’t just in what we see —
but in what we protect from disappearing.” 🌊
